Reseller: Enable Lost and Damage

The intent of this article is to give instructions on how to enable the Lost and Damage (LDS) feature.

Reseller admin / managers

  1. Search for User.
  2. Tap on the selected User.
  3. Scroll down to Edit Shipping Account Card (lower on the page).
  4. Tap edit within target shipping account (see image.1 below)
  5. Set Lost and Damage Claims to Y(Auto) (see image.2 below)
