The intend of this article is to showcase the workflow for ops-support team on how to Import file from through @main for FedEx shipments.
Directions:
- Check emails for claim
- Copy tracking number and check it in the @main app
- If it’s available in @main app, file claim from there
- If it’s not available in the @main app, then check details on carrier site through click on track shipment
- Compare details which is provided in email and carrier site
- Copy all details from carrier and paste it on [Sublime text]
- Update required fields
- Sender and recipient’s address, Zip code, Company name, state, city, and country.
- Update required fields
- Save the file and import in the @main app.
- Add damage alert once the tracking is available in the @main app.
- Now file claim from @main app.
