Create an account
Getting started is easy. The four-step signup process is quick and easy.
Use a strong password
Use a password including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Add a shipping account
The username and password that is used to login to your carrier account is required to audit your shipping account.
Note: Online billing must be enabled for an account.
Note: Consolidated billing accounts require the login for the main account.
Add a credit card on file
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted forms of payment.
Note: A credit card on file is required to file refund claims on a shipping account. If you intend to use an alternative form of payment, please contact customer service to see if you qualify for alternative payment methods and terms.
Verify your email address
An email is sent to the email address provided during the registration process. Click the link within or copy and paste the URL provided to confirm the email.
