Troubleshooting

Didn't get email?

If you’ve gotten a request by Share A Refund Reseller Support to click the link within the email but haven’t yet received the email, additional steps may be required.

Validate the email address associated with the domain.

The registrant, administrative and technical contacts for a domain are the email addresses where the certificate approval request emails are sent. Please ensure that these are correct and that you, or someone on your team, has access to these email addresses.

Your domain registration company (e.g. GoDaddy) will be able to help with validating these records on the domain.

Once complete, please reply to the email from Share A Refund Reseller Support with a request for the email to be resent.

Disable privacy protection.

Some privacy protection services do not route emails properly. In other words, any email sent to your privacy protected email address don’t forward to your email address as intended. In such cases, the privacy protection can be disabled temporarily.

Your domain registration company (e.g. GoDaddy) will be able to help with turning off privacy protection on your domain.

Once complete, please reply to the email from Share A Refund Reseller Support with a request for the email to be resent.

Request cname validation.

If neither of the workarounds above were successful, then an alternate method of validation exists. Here a record needs to be added to the domain name. Here, Share A Refund Reseller Support can provide further assistance.
