Customer Shipment Velocity Report

Purpose

The purpose of the Customer Shipment Velocity Report is to give a sum of shipment count from all shipping accounts for a given user, sum of claims where claim was submitted and all types where claim for any given shipment was submitted or related refunded status types. The report also can show the sum of shipments and/or LDS claims submitted by year.

Pro Tip: be sure to follow the steps provided on the Delete user support article as improper user management will cause continuation of services.

Disabled accounts e.g. user set to user Enabled: No
Shipping Accounts: set to Active: Paused

Note: Generated Customer Shipment Velocity Report is by upload date for all customers during the period requested for both active and disabled where services are enabled.

How to generate report

This report can be exported by tapping the Export Data icon found within the Reports section on the left sidebar.

Admins and manager users

All reports across all accounts are merged into a single spreadsheet.

Fields included within

  • Global ID
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Number
  • Shipment Count
  • LDS Count
  • LDS Count Submitted

Note: You also have the ability to set the following parameters.

  • Include active, deleted and paused users
  • Include active, deleted and paused shipping accounts
  • Include primary user, no subaccount user types included

Schedule reports

The Customer Shipment Velocity Report can be scheduled within the Scheduled reports section of the Reporting Dashboard.
