How to generate reports for customers

Directions for generating customer reports

Check the customer settings

The Free trial for a customer must be set before the first invoice is created on the customer account. The guide below details how to ensure that a free trial is enabled for a customer.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. On the left sidebar, tap Users.
  3. Search for the user on the page.
  4. Click Login as user  on the right side of the User record.
    What does this do?

    This allows you to impersonate the customer and access the reporting dashboard.

  5. Tap Reports in the left sidebar menu.
  6. Navigate to Download consolidated reports card on the page.
  7. Select shipping accounts and the date range.
  8. Tap Download.

Next steps

  • Find the consolidated report that was downloaded to your computer, and email it to the intended recipient.
  • Download excel files by tapping on the Export data card on the Reporting dashboard page.
  • Schedule the report to be emailed to the customer on a regular interval using the Scheduled emailed reports card on this page.
