The intent of this article is to give instructions on how to enable the Proof of Delivery feature.

Reseller admin / managers
- Search for User.
- Tap on the selected User.
- Navigate to the Proof of Delivery Service card.
- Enable POD.
- Scroll down to Edit Shipping Account Card (lower on the page).
- Tap on the Shipping Account row (on Edit User page).
- Edit Shipping Account. Navigate down. Enable Proof of Delivery.
Direct customers
Location
Proof of Delivery pdf is available within the Shipment Detail View.
What’s next
Any shipment processed from this moment forward includes Proof of Delivery as a pdf.
Disable Proof of Delivery Service
As merchant
- Navigate to Edit User page of selected user.
- Set Proof of Delivery Service pricing model to: None
- Tap Update at the bottom of the page to save changes.
