The intent of this article is to demonstrate the process of entering the rolling average for linked agreements within the Carrier Agreement Optimization (CAO) view.
This article needs to be fixed. Videos need to be turned into still shots that don’t contain customer information. Then it can be made public.
Linked agreements
When linking an agreement, enter the rolling average in a format consistent with the linked carrier agreement.
Ups: Calculates rolling average weekly.
FedEx: Calculates rolling average annually.
If no agreement is linked, do not enter rolling average.
Rolling average format
The rolling average is relevant to linked carrier agreements. Format accordingly. Enter a weekly average for linked UPS agreements or an annual average for linked FedEx agreements.
