Add, update or remove the credit card on file

Adding or updating a credit card to your account and enabling AutoPay makes paying service fees easy. The intent of this page is to provide guidance on the topic.

Add a card from inside your account

Need to store multiple cards?

Simply repeat the steps within this guide for each card.

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. On the left sidebar, tap Payment methods.
  3. Remove the credit card that exists.
  4. Tap Add new card button.
  5. Proceed with the steps required to add a new card to your account.

Update a card from inside your account

Credit card information changed?

Remove the credit card and add again with the correct information.

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. On the left sidebar, tap Payment methods.
  3. Remove the credit card that exists.
  4. Tap Add new card button.
  5. Proceed with the steps required to add a new card.

Delete a card from inside your account

Want to pay without storing the card on file?

Pay open invoices and tap the store credit card checkbox to have it not stored on file.

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. On the left sidebar, tap Payment methods.
  3. Remove the credit card that exists.
  4. Confirm deletion of the card from your account.

How credit card information is stored

Your credit card numbers are encrypted and stored within Stripe using AES-256 encryption. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification available. All information managed by Stripe is protected within the Stripe privacy and security policies and adheres to federal regulations.
