A tip on managing calendar sharing options

By default, external parties can view your calendar in a free/busy format. This is restrictive for external partners who need to view actual meeting details.

There are three sharing options that help external partners obtain access to your organization’s calendars. It’s important to note it can take up to 24 hours for these changes to take effect.

Share all information, but external parties cannot modify calendars

Users can share their calendar information with people outside your organization. This includes guest list, location, and description. Private addresses are hidden from users’ calendars.
