Add, update, remove a shipping account

Shipping accounts associated with your Share a Refund account are managed in the customer dashboard. This guide handles common task related to adding new accounts and making changes to existing shipping accounts.

Add a shipping account

Have multiple shipping accounts?

Add one whilst creating your account. Once signed up successfully, additional accounts can be added from inside your customer dashboard.

  1. Login to Your account.  
  2. Tap Add Shipping Account.
  3. Tap the Update button to the right of the shipping account name.
  4. Input the Descriptive label.
  5. Choose the Account Type.
  6. Input the Username for the shipping account.
  7. Input the Password.
  8. Tap the Add Shipping Account button.

Tips on adding shipping accounts

  • Use the username and password associated with the billing features of your shipping account.
  • Online billing features must be enabled on the shipping account.
  • Auditing and claim filing services will be enabled on all accounts associated with the login.

Update a shipping account

Recently change the password on your shipping account?

An email sent to you includes a button that takes users directly to the edit page inside your customer account.

  1. Login to Your account.  
  2. Tap on the Shipping account that requires an update.
  3. Tap Update button on the right side of the shipping account name.
  4. Enter the updated Password for the shipping account.
  5. Tab Update Shipping Account button.

Remove a shipping account

Want to keep the data for reporting purposes?

Update the password to keep the shipping activity inside your Share a Refund account.

  1. Login to Your account.  
  2. Tap Overview in the menu.
  3. Tap the Delete button.
  4. Confirm the removal of the account.
