It’s important to note that rules are executed from top to bottom according to the position of the rule among all other agreement rules. In other words, rules at the bottom are executed after the rules above and can overwrite the rules where overlap exists.
Surcharge Net Rates rules
Surcharge Net Rate rules use a table of values to construct a net rate sheet. This sheet is used according to the rules that are defined in the sheet. Note: services are carrier specific and must be configured for each shipment observed within the data set.
