How to resolve invalid DHL credentials

Is a customer having trouble entering valid DHL credentials?

Online billing resources are accessed in different applications offered by DHL according to region.

There are multiple places to login within DHL. The appropriate login for your reseller account are region specific and detailed below.

U.S. based customers

The login credentials needed for U.S. based customers are specific to the following URL: https://sso.dhl-usa.com/sso/login_main.asp

Non-U.S. based customers

The login credentials needed for non-U.S. based customers are specific to the following URL: https://mybill.dhl.com

Tips

  • If the customer is having trouble, get the logins and test yourself on the DHL before entering these into the system. Often the problem relates to providing login credentials for a different DHL system.
  • If the customer doesn’t have logins to one of the two systems mentioned above, there’s a good chance that someone at the organization does, likely accounting.
  • Calling DHL customer service with the customer to set up or make changes to the existing account is a expedient way to resolve the issue.
  • Ensure that the invoicing settings inside your customer account match the home country for the customer. This can be done within the Edit User page.
