Spend Analysis Report

The Spend Analysis Report can be found within the Reporting Dashboard. The intent of this article is to explain the function of the report.

Purpose

The purpose of the Spend Analysis report is to display invoice data for selected shipping accounts.

How to generate report

Admins and manager users

All reports across all accounts are merged into a single spreadsheet. Individual accounts can be selected from the dropdown menu.

Customers

Spend Analysis Reports are showcased by shipping account for customers.

Fields included within

  • Carrier
  • Shipping account
  • Customer
  • Plan number
  • Account number
  • Invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Invoice amount

Schedule reports

The Spend Analysis Report can be scheduled within the Scheduled reports section of the Reporting Dashboard.
