Consolidated Savings Report

The intent of this article is to explain the function of the Consolidated Savings Report which is available within the reporting dashboard and how to extract it.

Purpose

The purpose of the Consolidated Savings Report is to provide more information on all packages marked as lost or damaged eligible for refunds.

How to generate report

This report is exported by single click on the Export Data icon found within the Reports section on the left sidebar.

The following page will appear after single click on the Export Data icon found within the Reports section on the left sidebar.

Fields included within

  • Carrier Account
  • Carrier Invoice
  • Carrier Invoice Date
  • Tracking Number
  • Service Type
  • Carrier Invoice Amount
  • Currency
  • AAR Status
  • AAR Refund Type
  • AAR Refund Amount
  • LDS Status
  • LDS Refund Type
  • LDS Refund Amount

Report usage

The Consolidated Savings Report provides information related to each tracking number that is filed under the Lost and Damage service. This report differs from the Lost and Damage Shipments Detail Report.

Schedule reports

The Consolidated Savings Report can be scheduled within the Scheduled reports section of the Reporting Dashboard.

Report options

Date Range Field. This feature filters member rows by the types below.

Carrier Invoice Date. Cost components billed during the period.

Shipment Date. Shipment observed during the period.
