How to get proof of delivery for a shipment

The intent of this article is to guide customers on how to find the proof of delivery document for a given shipment within the customer dashboard.

This search can be enabled from within your customer dashboard. Refer to the the link above (pod.sar.run) for more information.

Directions

  1. Log in to your customer account Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to Lost and Damage saving summary section, and tap View on the target date.
  3. Tap target tracking number of Lost and Damage shipment.
  4. Tap Download Proof of Delivery document on the right sidebar.
