Customer: Enable Proof of Delivery

The intent of this article is to give instructions on how to enable the Proof of Delivery feature.

Directions for customers

Follow the directions below to enable Proof of Delivery service.

  1. Navigate to the Proof of Delivery Service card.
  2. Enable POD.
  3. Scroll down to Edit Shipping Account Card (lower on the page).
  4. Tap on the Shipping Account row (on Edit User page).
  5. Edit Shipping Account. Navigate down. Enable Proof of Delivery.

Directions for resellers  


Proof of Delivery pdf is available within the Shipment Detail View.

What’s next

Any shipment processed from this moment forward includes Proof of Delivery as a pdf.
