Various issues cause service to be paused on your Share A Refund account. The topics below are intended to help you troubleshoot common issues.
Enable online billing features on your shipping accounts
- Enable online billing on your shipping account.
- Login to Your account.
- Tap the paused Shipping account.
- Tap the Update button to the right of the shipping account name.
- Tap the Update Shipping Account button.
Invalid shipping login credentials
- Try logging into the carrier website to be sure that the information that entered into Share A Refund is valid.
- Login to Your account.
- Tap on the Shipping account with the invalid login credentials.
- Tap Update button to the right of the shipping account name.
- Enter the valid Username and Password for the shipping account.
- Tab Update Shipping Account button.
Pay past due invoices

- Login to Your account.
- Tap Invoices in the left menu.
- Tap Make a Payment in the notification bar at the top of the page.
- Proceed through the steps to pay the open invoice by card.
