The emails intended to provide updates and reports on your account are managed in two locations inside of your Share A Refund account.
Digest email reports
An email sent according to set frequency (every Monday by default), is sent to a list of recipients. The topic relates to this email.
Add, remove or update recipients
- Login to your account.
- On the left sidebar, tap Settings.
- In the cards on this page, look for Reporting Notifications.
- Add or remove emails from the list of recipients.
- Tap the Update button for the card.
Modify the frequency of emails notifications
- On the left sidebar, tap Settings.
- In the cards on this page, look for Billing Notifications.
- Change the frequency of the emails that are sent.
- Tap the Update button for the card.
Schedule consolidated reports
- Login to your account.
- On the left sidebar, tap Reports.
- In the cards on this page, look for Schedule emailed reports.
- Specify the type of report.
- Specify the shipping accounts (All by default).
- Select the date range.
- Specify the recipients.
- Tap Enabled to enable the report.
Tips on scheduling consolidated reports
- Scheduled consolidated reports are not enabled by default. These require configuration from inside your account.
- Scheduled consolidated reports are sent according to the sending frequency specified in the reporting dashboard. By default the frequency is monthly, on the first of each month.
